Dear Friends and Family,
The last few years have been amazing but trying times for us. We have been a part of several discipleship training courses that have stretched our faith and ignited passions within us like we had never experienced before. As a part of these courses, we went on two short-term outreaches to the shantytown hills of Tijuana, Mexico, where we helped build several homes. We have felt restless, living our comfortable life, yet yearning to be a part of more. Our experiences have led us to finally run with abandon to follow God wherever he may lead us – for us, this means full-time missions.
Cheri and I have already begun the process of selling or donating everything that we own to continue to pursue God with all our hearts. This September, we will be flying to Kona, Hawaii to attend a Discipleship Training School (DTS) with Youth With A Mission (YWAM) at the largest YWAM training base in the world. After three months of intensive missions training, we will be sent on our first long-term outreach to go into all the world to make disciples.
This vision is bigger than what we can accomplish on our own – and we need your help!
First, we need your support in prayer. We will be barging into territory that the enemy has held for years, and we need an army of prayer warriors to help us to push forward and conquer for Jesus.
We also need to raise money to help cover the cost of airfare and for training costs, along with travel equipment for our two kids. Would you consider joining with us in one of these two areas, or both?
